Once I saw the results of my local pro .... I decided never to try to do it myself again. A lathe makes quick and perfect work of it, and how often are you really gonna need to doit anyway . I say go to a pro, and don't bother with the learning curve. The instructions are excellent though. REV

Truer words were never spoken. It would be really fun to see some of the cue snobs find out that they (gasp !) picked a Cuetec or Players as the best feeling cue. Kinda like a blind taste test where the best wine connoisseurs in the world pick a $5 bottle of wine as the best tasting. LOL...

JB WAS at the SBE this year ... I spoke to him. I also got to see his basic rugged case, and believe me, it's the most protective case you can buy, and the basic rugged is built like a tank. It exudes quality. The JB cases are in no way 'cheap Chinese cases'. I'm not a real luxury/showoff...
