What an awesome guy. We played cheap pool for about 11 years. Learned volumes from him from 1992 to 2003. His personality and charisma were second to none. When be told a story, you were glued. Stand up guy. You will be missed old friend. I'll play you again when I get there. My prayers.

I don't agree that playing the ghost is a drill. To me it's a match against a professional level player. IMO it helps you stay focused, practice breaks, and will improve your game. To often people practice banging balls around and that can actually worsen your game.

I usually play the ghost and sometimes may practice a shot I've missed during a match.

so, my top 5 are Jerry Franklin Dave Kersembrock Dave Kikel I can play with any of the cues mentioned, just a lil adjustment needed. Dont believe its d cue but the player. Kind off like the pool table, they mostly play different, u just have to adjust a lil. With that said. Dave , Dave and...
