Bridged points with veneers - Who can build me a cue with this style forearm?

I will plug a third for Chris Byrne. Not only is his workmanship superior but I have had the opportunity to hit one of his cues and it doesn't get any better than that.

using the correct sealer with the water based finishes

I seal my cues with thin epoxy (Bob Smith from Prathers) and top coats with Enduro Poly. I have 15 years experience with Enduro and my problem with water finishes is that too many coats tend to turn milky (hazy). Eliminating the sealer coat of water based and using epoxy has created great...

    Loose pin

Thanks guys. I drill and then bore the hole. Also Joey, I try to make sure that I don't bottom out the tap for fear that it will ruin the threads. I get my pins from Tommy. I have noticed that the stainless pins are nice and snug, this particular pin is brass.

    Loose pin

I am using a radial pin in my cues. I purchased both the radial tap and the undersized tap from Atlas. I drilled and tapped a shaft this week with the undersized tap and couldn't get the pin to go in. I re-tapped about 8-10 times and still no-go. So I ran the regular tap in once and now the...

    soft cushiony and tacky wrap

I have 2 in my shop right now (the BK2) to re-wrap because they tear up the cue cases when trying to pull them out. It doesn't matter if you put them in joint up or joint down, the rubber grabs the liner of the cases and pulls them out. Both clients have Instroke cases.

    Experimenting with custom dyed wraps

I think they look great. With all the furniture and cabinetry these days going distressed and old looking, I think they fit right in with the new looks of today.

    Bobcad Training

The training was on v23. I had v21 and recently bought v23 because a friend of mine told me that v23 was so much better that v21. He was correct. V23 does seem to be much easier that v21.

    Bobcad Training

I just spent 3 days in the Bobcad training seminar and it was awesome. The instructor (Sorin) was extremely knowledgable and very helpful. Anyone who is using Bobcad should look into attending one of these seminars. Just thought I would share with all of you. Russ

    plastic snooker buckets

I have a friend who is restoring an old Brunswick snooker table (I have not seen it) and he needs the plastic buckets. Anyone know where to purchase them. I have searched the web but to no avail. Any ideas?
