I am looking for 5/16-14 one butt two shaft Tim Scruggs joint protectors. Plastic with TS logo is ok. Will consider fancier ones.

They are all tung Oil. I choose tung Oil because it water proofs the cues and if you Ding them up you can repair the Ding yourself without having to pay $300 for a refinish. You can steam the Ding out with a damp wash cloth and hot iron then smooth it out with 600 and 2000 grit sand paper. Then...

Cue #6. I could tap for an extension. I would have to make up a bumper assembly that would thread into the tapped butt. Here is a picture that I did it for a customer for the cue I made for him. Right now the bumper is held on by a wood screw. No weight bolt in the cue.
