The room is about 22x28 but half of it is a bar with a couple couches. I have an 8ft table in there now but didn't want to go too much bigger. I could play around a little with the layout but need to keep the wife happy too.

It does really look to be in good condition. I wish it wasn't so far, the cost to move is killing my budget. There are a lot more options for 9ft tables but I'm afraid it might be a little too big for my space. The oversized 8 is perfect for me.
