    9-Ball needs to be fixed

We have that. The problem with 9-ball imo is that the path to run out is easier to get on than in more interesting games, like 10-ball for example. 10-ball is more likely to: have dry breaks, no easy first shot, clusters after the break, and have more balls in play that could potentially narrow...

    SVB v. Fedor Gorst

I disagree. The Mosconi Cup team event isn't a reflection of SVB what so ever. It's similar to "WWE rassling" and a clown show at it's best. It's geared towards shock entertainment, and embarrassing tbh imo. Shane is a world champion. He is one of the most well-liked and respected pool players...

    SVB v. Fedor Gorst

I agree with Frosty. Shane's hunger and desire are waning a bit imo. He really has nothing to prove to anyone at this stage of his life. At times I think he's just filling obligations to his supporters. The physical talent is still there. He'd just rather be fishing, I'm sure.

    9-Ball needs to be fixed

I think 9-ball, especially with a template rack, is too easy for the pros. In this modern era of high-end equipment, playing 9-ball is like "tee-ing off from the ladies tees." It's literally the new 7-ball from last century. 10-ball, on the other hand, is much more entertaining to play and watch...

Do you ever get the feeling that the Fargo Rate of a player just does not seem right?

Fargorate only shows one thing: a player's win/loss record against other fargo-rated players. It is not an exact indicator of a player's actual talent. Every player has different strengths and weaknesses, even at identical fargorates. Fargorate measures the end result of the competitive play...

650 Fargo Quits Six Figure Job to Pursue Pro Pool Dream...or YouTube Fame?

I wish him the best too. But realistically, if you're (a male) and not at least fargo 650 after 5+ years of daily practice it usually means your don't, and won't ever, have the natural ability- both mentally and physically- to reach say fargo 720 even. Thousands of people practice pool daily...

Why Your Skill Doesn’t Matter in Matches - Just in Practice

"Competitive practice" is the best practice. Always play/practice with other players for something, even small.
