I think I'll wait a couple of weeks before posting the name. I'm hoping he reads this thread hint hint. But yea 14 months is nuts, just want it back because it's a pretty nice jump/break!!!!

Can somebody tell me if I'm being unreasonable about a jump/break cue that I sent back for repair. The jump handle unscrewed about halfway and got stuck and I put too much pressure on it and stripped the pin out. So I sent it back to the cuemaker in Florida. I told him I screwed it up and would...
