I know Keith Josey is definitely still taking orders. It sorta depends on what you're looking for too. The requirements you have are pretty general. A couple of other names I can think of off the top of my head would be Pat Diviney and Rick Howard.

Did you have it re-wrapped? Sort of looks like the cuestix model they used to have: zzmda, but the shade of blue and the butt end looks a bit off. Like mentioned previously probably reaching out to mezz would be the best option

I've tried doing it myself in the past but my work always seems a bit shoddy compared to whenever I send it out. Whenever I get to the sanding step it always turns out a bit wonky. For tips, I personally like zan and kamui clears for pricier "premium" options and triangle for a cheaper option.

100% the classic. I like unusual but that stained one doesn't even have a good mix of colors imo

That is a really pretty cue. Treadway definitely is climbing my rankings for favorite cue maker. He's definitely on my list for my next potential cue.
