Do you have any type of weekly non-league 9 ball or 10 ball tournaments? Chip or handicapped? Also, lower per hour rates through the week including after 5pm should help drive more traffic in the door as well. Drink specials etc weeknights. You need some regulars during the week.

Thank you. I measured mine and they are 1 7/16 to the center of point on the cushion. He did say that it was converted, but the facing didn’t look altered to me and actually needs a strip put in for the staples to seat correctly the next time it is felted.
