Monti my only advice, less is more at our age. I’m middle aged and still do resistance training religiously. Just remember you can make gains by using a small amount of weight, but make it heavier than hell by going sloooooowwwwww. Don’t injure yourself trying to lift big for short reps too...

Love that Jay! MJ used to lift the morning of gameday because he knew he needed to train his body to be able to shoot while tired. Pool isn’t as cardio intense as basketball, but there’s definitely parallels to the endurance needed to grind out matches and tournaments and I think lifting is...
