I have an older unsigned Ron Thomas case that is built much the same way. Bought it from Ron Thomas at the Super Billiards Expo in Philadelphia about 20 years ago.
That’s a Vernier caliper. If the pictures were taken so there’s no parallax error in the view, the tip is 13.2mm in diameter. The wrap, in the area he’s measuring, is 29.5mm in diameter.
I would just put your name on the cues instead of trying to come up with something catchy. Let the quality and value of what you make speak for itself. Let buyers know you're proud of what you made and that you stand behind your cues by signing each one.
