    Any of you start out like this?

    I was killing my time looking at cue building videos and stumbled upon this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wLrbZzwbJF4 I guess they aren't aiming for greatest accuracy in what they do, but I didn't think there would be people using wood lathes for building cues professionally.

    White Oak?

    Schuler has an white oak cue. http://www.schuler-cue.com/details.php?ID=27 They tell it has a good hit too. Haven't tried myself, but I think it should have a solid hit.

    If i had a BEM cue could you stain it jet black?

    You could try ebonizing BEM. Staining wood with iron. It is an old method of staining wood black. Google ebonizing wood, I only have three posts so I can't post links yet.

    I'm not much of a 3-cushion player but I'll give it a try. Thinone o'clock english to the red then the short cushion near the corner, then long cushion, short cushion, across the table to another short cushion, and then long cushion near the white ball and a hit.

    Blomdahl's NEW cue?

    The Kozoom site tells (in German) that Blomdahl has signed a 3-year contract with China based Molinari by Predator and that he is euphoric about his new cue. "It's amazing what you can hit with this cue." "Difficult balls become easy. I am convinced." or something like that, my German is not...
