mother v. coach
so lemme get this straight....
her own MOTHER thinks she was kidnapped by gangsters because of gambling but an old COACH says she is a "good girl" and does not gamble?
yeah right! who would have thought that a pool player would be involved in gambling?
hennessee in blond
here is an old school pic of henny back when they were going through their "slim shady" and he and all his fans dyed their hair blond.
this is on the 9ft diamond at JOBs. he was getting the 8 from amar kang.
allison gambling
an old road player who is a pretty reliable source said that allison gambles at her home room (north carolina?). there was a story going around a couple years ago that she gambled with cliff joyner playing 9 ball.
Jimmy Reid
at the same venue years earlier Jimmy Reid ran 20 on those bar boxes! it was in the tournament, races to 7. he ran out two complete sets and six games into the next set. don't know if that counts as 20 in a row.
try to imagine that the nine ball is the one ball. i know that may sound stupid but think of how easily you make the one all the time; even if it is a difficult shot. i believe that the one ball is usually the easiest shot for a player because there is less pressure on it than any other ball...

is raytown rec still open? i used to live in kc and still have lots of family there to this day and my friends and i used to go in there a lot just to shoot a little. isn't doug's father an ex-champ or something?
it only would have went a few hundred AT MOST. we are all small-timers around here and to win a hundred or two at one time is pretty good. we are not players but just regular people who like to play. i understand your point although the situation is a little different than the stuff you read...
i can't picture scott frost playing a $50 set. if tony or any of those guys had been in the exact same situation we would be saying the same thing. we are talking about kiddie sh*t. i said earlier that i don't believe that "danny" was an instigator in the whole thing. he was probably just...
