i would recommend walking shoes. ecco is a good brand. i'm sure there are shoe stores at your local mall that can measure ur arch and weight distribution on your feet and recommend a shoe for you.

its called pocket. as long as you call the pocket it doesn't matter how many rails it takes or even it double banks. If it goes to the called pockets, its a legal shot.
