    FWIW, one of my DVD didn't work either and after I sent him an email, I got not just the replacement but also a whole new set of the same series: "You may keep the second or pay it forward to another pool lover by giving it to them!"

    Hey, One last bump to let you know that I finally have my table! Thank you all for your advices! I didn't buy the last Brunswick Gold Crown III I found, bummer... but I ended up buying a blue label 9ft Diamond Pro Am! I'm super happy with it! Still getting used to the pro cut pockets though.
