The employees that quit are only bitter because we are being blamed for this whole mess since we are not there to defend ourselves.

You guys missed what I was saying..... I didn't mean that we were taking all those calls for orders, etc. It was the cs calls. All of the customers checking on the orders they placed.

The fact that the customers did not receive a call back was not because we did not want to call you back, but because of the enormous amount of voicemails and phone calls we handled in a normal day. There were only four people there that handled the website order calls.There was no time for...
