One of the best looking Mottey’s I have seen. Story behind the cue is that the original shafts got to be under 11-12mm and had become unusable. When the cue was refinished, Randy Mobley made two new shafts with the original rings from Paul. Two incredible cue makers have worked on this one.

Cue is in excellent condition. Has some of the best grain amboyna Burl and ivory.

Butt 29 1/4” 15.35oz
Shaft 1 - 3.91oz 12.93mm
Shaft 2 - 3.82oz 12.98mm

I had Randy Mobley refinish this cue and make the new shafts with the original rings. The story above by the OP is 100% true. Randy said it was one of the straightest cues he has ever had on his lathe.

This is a great price on a fantastic cue!

Out of curiosity, what happened to the original shafts?
