I'm losing faith in UPS

My last two purchases from AZers out west have gone astray. Not lost, but frustrating.

One went to a Michigan facility less than an hour away only to be sent three hours west which resulted in a three hour delay. I am now waiting for a shaft which went from being a hour south to over three hours more further south.

I have the best results with Fed Ex- the last UPS shipment to me went wrong as well.

Here in my area, I have noted UPS seemed to be doing a lot of subcontracting.

Maybe it was a temporary thing a few months ago but lately all the delivery services seem hit-or-miss.

Stay away from UPS. The CEO gutted the business. She’s a number cruncher.

FedEX or DHL are my recommendations.

my experience with all of them if the packages are addressed in large clear print. then they come according to schedule.

those in small print or so badly written do come longer because they either get even, or just sent to some other place first.

I find its quicker if you put these stickers on it. Doesn't just have to be cues but anything you're sending out. They want it out of their department and area.

They're readily available to buy.

My last USPS to Colorado made it to the city on the delivery address, then for some odd reason wound up in Portland Oregon. Added 4 days to the delivery schedule. You get that dreaded "Moving thru the network delivery delayed" message.

I gave up on them a lot time ago for any type of package. Unfortunately I'm stuck with them sometimes when I make online purchases. I ordered a tool recently that was shipped USPS. It showed up on their site as "Delivered" but it was, in fact, not delivered to my house. I filed a claim at which point the "incredibly helpful" folks at my local office happily informed me that the entire situation was out of their hands so there was nothing they could do because it was being handled by someone in a different city. It did eventually show up. But they don't give two shits about your package.
