I’m living 26 from this place . Just discovered it , two Diamond 9 Footers with 4 1/8 pockets , 8 bar tables but don’t worry bout the bar tables, I’m 6ft 2” and 55 years old . I like to play One pocket mostly nowadays because my back problems. If I’m having a good day I’ll battle for 6 hrs on a bar table but not really my favorite. Anyway, I’ll never quit winner I have nowhere I have to be on ANYDAY 💯. If I win one day I’ll be there the next to give you a shot at your stack . If you win I’ll play you everyday all day if I like the game , I have nowhere to be so it’s whatever AND WE CAN GO FISHING 🎣 ANYTIME …… Just trying to get back into it at this time BECAUSE I WANT TO LOL

Curious about something.
One, what is your back problem?
Two, I LOVE one hole, but unlike 9 ball, 10 ball, 8 ball, one hole is usually you shoot, I shoot, so lots of up and down from the chair, vs a run of 8 or 9 balls (which of course can happen in one hole)

The more I move the better but little breaks are good , just right now one pocket is best . Hopefully in a couple months I can be back doing the most again but who knows , I’m just happy to be up and around thank the Lord 💯….

not really, you stand more in one pocket because the wait isn't so long. i'm a back injury sufferer too, and i definitely prefer one pocket (for all reasons, but also that)

Do you ever get down to Ft Walton? Is Starcade Billiards still around? I loved that place while stationed at Hurlburt Field in the late 90s.
 
if your not winning you have a bad game and are just transferring part of your net worth to some one else.

and i never get why any public place would have such tight pockets. unless you had regulars that played every day for most of it and wanted it that way.

A local did the pockets , they let him and I love it 💯.

I use to but not lately , it’s still open for sure and tons of action from what I hear . Maybe in the fall I’ll start going that way once the traffic dies down
