After 7 weeks the issue gets upgraded/escalated. Customer service from Xfinity takes over.

No, not really.

Once I get the Diamond Professional I will know if I hate the GCIV.

If my troubles persist on the Diamond then I will have to apologize to the GCIV.

If my play becomes better then I expect Brunswick to compensate me.

I think you should call and check up on it today, in fact you should do it this very minute, 6 weeks is long enough that they can show you some progress. I would call everyday thereafter too for status updates.

And hire a private investigator to make sure that it's even a real company, show up at DCC and get your own booth.
