Who sells 10.5mm shafts for American pool besides Cuetec Cynergy?

Cuppa 10.5mm probably has a metal ferrule. The specs at Amazon (below) state white ferrule but its photo looks like metal. AliExpress sells a Cuppa 10.5mm that only comes with a metal ferrule.

Konllen at Amazon with wood shaft, pro taper (inches??) and it appears to have a snooker-like metal ferrule (see specs below and not the close-up of photo of a tip and ferrule):

i live in china and this shaft is sold here on like their version on amazon and there are alot of positive reviews and even the cheap carbon shafts here are pretty nice​

There is a store on Taobao by the same name, DAVID LOMAN. Seems like its only available on the Chinese version of Taobao. The reviews on the app itself are all really good, but I'm still waiting on any reviewers outside of china who have tried this in comparison with traditional carbon shaft brands like cuetec/predator. The price is really tempting though, I dont expect it to be as good at the high end name brands at that price.​

AliExpress has three 10.5mm models: i) a no-name-brand, plain-Jane el-cheapo carbon fiber shaft; ii) OKHealing's CF that looks like wood; and iii) Zokue's wood-exterior and CF-inside model. They're cheap --- between $63 and $102.

OKHealing Carbon Fiber 10.5mm x 28.5" shaft with a wood-grain look, $88, does not say if it is pro or conical taper, 4.4 ounces, Shaft at joint end is 21.4mm diameter, It has many joint sizes, (it has only a pilot joint for 5/16x18).

Zokue's wood outside and carbon-fiber inside model: 10.5mm x 29" shafts, $102, 3/8x8 joint only. The CF tube inside is full length (28.4") and the taper is described as “professional taper”.

No-name carbon fiber 10.5mm x 29" x 21.3mm (shaft diameter at joint), carbon fiber shaft, $63, The vendor is Shop1103452075, Model M91, It is advertised for beginners and has pro taper, nine joint sizes (incl. 5/16x18).

Poor comments on AliExpress for the no-name shaft:
i) The product is not at all what I ordered, waiting for a refund which is complicated;​
ii) It's a carbon tip with other material, it's not 100% carbon. The mouthpiece and sole are of poor quality, but for the price it's not bad.​
iii) It took more than a month to arrive. Poor quality sole and too hard. POOR QUALITY;​
iv) Once again satisfied with the purchase, a high-quality product! !! !​

yea but for pool that thin a shaft isnt good, snooker good as balls are smaller and lighter.

anytime you start taking equipment much different from the norm than you have to realize it must be you that is wrong.

That may be true but its more likely that years ago the smaller and weaker shafts could only handle the lighter snooker balls. Now, with stronger carbon fiber shafts and combination wood/CF shafts, even smaller shafts can handle larger pool balls. This is certainly true regarding pro taper --- you can get pro taper in pool cue shafts even at 10.5mm --- see the Rhino 10.5mm.

In other words, cue makers once could only make reliable and durable pool shafts if they were larger than 10.5mm (more like 13mm). It was a cue-maker requirement more than a cue-player requirement. You can throw in, too, that personal preferences are also important. There may not be a big difference in performance of 10.5mm versus 12.9mm shafts but, personal-preferences wise? There may be large differences among players in their preferences for different sized shafts. Once the durability issue disappeared, personal preferences became more important in the shaft size bought.
 
still generally if you use stuff not normal for the game it is usually wrong even though you prefer it for some reason.
but what ever works for you. and until you are about at least an A player then equipment changes is not going to help.

Go Custom's shafts are available a half-millimeter thinner or thicker than 10.5mm.

Its SNK 10.0mm shaft is for snooker with a white ferrule, "advanced composite" material (fiberglass?), and conical taper selling for $470.

Their SL 11.1mm shaft is for pool with a white ferrule, carbon composite material (CF, I presume), 16" pro taper, and sells for $470.

A 11.1mm shaft is probably close enough to 10.5mm where the larger size wouldn't be noticeable.

There are other shafts another step larger at 11.5mm: Mezz Ignite with pro taper, Katana ("straight taper", PoolDawg has them $270), Summit (PoolDawg $190).

Rhino's new shaft, Must, is not available at 10.5mm, but like a lot of other shafts, it is available at 11.8mm.
