Tim Scruggs cue, 1990's

The Tim Scruggs cue belonged to banking Bill (Bishop) of L.A.'s original Hollywood Billiards (Hollywood Blvd & Western before the 94 earthquake) fame who used it for a year or so before I got it in the late 90's against having crashed a car of mine. Cue is straight with 2 shafts, black leather wrap, in original mint condition, no damage cracks scratches or dings.
My playing cue still is a Gus Szamboti cue bought in 1984 from Bob Vanover in Dallas TX and therefore I never used the Scruggs.
I don't get to play much anymore and its probably time to put it up FS.
Tim Scruggs initials signage and I don't know whether JANUS was a name or a TS style? Located in the Los Angeles area.
Specs of the Tim Scruggs:

Butt 29 inches long, 15.6 oz

Shaft 1 (from slightly yellowed ferrule in pic) 29.1 inches (73 cm), 4.1 oz, diameter = 12.8 mm

Shaft 2 (from white ferrule) ------------- 28 3/4 inches (73.4 cm)+.1, 4.1 oz., diameter = 13 mm

Cue is straight with no warpage

My preference would be to have someone locally check out the cue and perhaps hit some balls with it.
People involved in the greater Los Angeles pool and billiards scene know me, some of them since the late1980's.

From Tim Scruggs cues actually sold on ebay and feedback from members here (thank you), for a realistic price)
asking $ 3,400.
