12.9 mm , the tip is their tip & I do believe it is piloted & will check , I used it on my Schon CX-02 & a Joss,I’ll do $150.00 shipped …
I have 4 others I play with a 3/8x10 playing shaft & a break shaft , a Radial , & Another 5/16x14 All Rhino’s and they play very well especially for the money

If you know any good cuemakers, the conversion from radial to 5/16ths is super easy.

Have a 5/16x14 12.3 mm tip changed to a ultraskin pro or kamui black ss (one or another dont remember which)
Been using my 3/8x10 cues lately
