Changing Predator Silencer Pad

Anyone ever change one by hand? I've had my revo for about 4 years and changed about a dozen tips on it and the pad is about half of what it use to be.

Should be done by a competent cue repair guy. Maybe it can be 'done' by hand....but..... would it be done right without any damage to the front of the shaft? It is a phenolic type material, NOT a fiber pad.

Trust this guy don't do it yourself. Take it to a reputable repair guy or cue maker, it shouldn't be hard on your pocket
