What cue manufacturer(s) would you say has the best customer service and warranty?

I'm in the market for a new cue because I'm not having luck with Cuetec warranty getting back with me so far. I'm looking for a cue under $500 from a manufacturer that has excellent customer service.
I've been doing a lot of research and currently leaning at McDermott. I like that their shafts are even covered for warping and I see good things about their customer service experience. But my mind has changed 20 times in the last week. lol

Haven't had a warranty issue, doubt if I will, but based on some customer service interaction recently when I purchased my new McDermott, I'll give a thumbs up to McDermott - excellent! 50th Anniversary is one darn fine cue!

With one warranty issue a few years ago, but just customer service in general, big thumbs up to Schmelke. I have several, because Schmelke seemed a good option for filling out my rack when I finally got my table up and running years ago, and really enjoyed him visiting with me personally about my needs/options.

With a custom maker and a minor issue with a cue that had it needing to be returned for a minor and quick "fix" - Pat Diveney, super guy.

Pechauer has a great warranty, and great customer service. The couple times I used it, there was no friction at all. Heard the same from others too. I currently have seven that play great.

I have had a couple of warranty claims with McDermott and the customer service was quick and no hassle. Sent inquiries to Jamie in the service department and response is always same or next day.

I'll second the choice of McDermott. I think they play absolutely great. I have an old D series D-15 paired with a Jacoby Ultra Pro shaft and it plays as good as any cue, and I have had a bunch. I think you would do very well with a McDermott in your price range. For your price point, I would recommend their G series cue with the G-Core shaft. It's a much better shaft than standard maple. I've never needed their warranty but I hear great things about it. I have used their refinish and custom services when I had them do a refinish on the D-15 including a new wrap and a G-Core shaft to match. It was a positive experience.

I live near McDermott and have owned their cues, friends own their cues etc.

They're probably the gold standard of warranties.

I've never needed warranty work on a cue so never used them for repair personally, but I've never heard a bad thing.
