FargoRate Data Submission / How and Who to Contact

Hello,

I'm trying to figure out how to submit data to FargoRate, as I'm building an app for a local pool hall that wants to run tournaments but they are requesting Fargo data submission functionality, as they would get with DigitalPool.

The FargoRate website doesn't have details on this. Plenty of resources say to submit through the support email, but I've also read that certain formatting is needed. I've reached out to them via support@fargorate.com several times, no response. I've reached out to @mikepage through social media, no response. Trying this forum out now.

I'm mostly looking for insights to the how, so I can tell this pool hall if I can deliver or not.

The support@fargorate email has always been responsive to me. Note that they just came back from the BCA expo and probably are backed up.

This isn’t exactly responsive, but why not just do the tournaments on Digital Pool? I believe it submits automatically to Fargo as long as you make it public.

The client I have wants their own way to run tournaments in-house. DigitalPool does the trick, sure. They don't want it. I have been trying to figure out, from FargoRate, what barriers of entry they require to be able to submit on a custom platform. A partner program? Private API? How can I get in on that, because then I can possibly go to other halls and give them a similar option.

Just out of curiosity, if DigitalPool does what they want it to do, why do they not want it?

They just was their own system to use as they add locations. It's going to be more than tournaments. However, that's not the part I'm trying to discuss on this thread. I'm trying to get a response from someone at FargoRate regarding implementation options.
