Just got this direct from Joey and it’s a valley conversion …but here’s the killer part, the phenolic joint, butt cap, shaft collar and rings are the old phenolic like southwest and other’s used back in the day that you can’t hardly get nowadays and if you do it’s more expensive than ivory as I know I tried and just enough for a joint was 25-300 bucks. The shaft collar is already changing quick as Joey made it prior to finishing the butt and it’s changing colors already also into that killer dark brown/reddish color that you just can’t get nowadays. Rolls straight together and apart with one matching ringwork shaft with old Westinghouse paper micarta capped ferrule and a hard naviagtor tip ….it plays amazing and I don’t care to keep it if no one appreciates it like me
