Hagen pool cue verification?

Helped a guy out on this , wondering if there is a way to confirm it is in fact a Hagen? No “HC” or other identifying marks are present.

It looks like a Hagan to me. He didn't sign all his cues but most have the HC logo. Shafts should be 29.5 inch and butt 28.5 inch. Joint and ferrules should be antler/buckhorn. Thin butt and possible visible lamination where he bookmatched the wood. Those rings are definitely his.
 
Looks like his, rings, funky looking points and inlays in butt sleeve. His cues were all odd looking, but they hit well
