650 Fargo Quits Six Figure Job to Pursue Pro Pool Dream...or YouTube Fame?

[muskyed]

Several years ago we had a poster on here who was convinced he could get to pro speed in a year...I think he ended up quitting the whole sport. Anyone remember him, I cant for the life of me remember his handle...

Was that that guy from Texas? Woofy or something like that? Said he was a 600 ish fargo, ha, 500 is if he was lucky by the videos he posted. Never heard from him after the 1st tmt he entered.
You can be good at your home bar/pool hall but these top 100 players are on a whole nother level.
We have a girl by us who is one of the top 3-5 in the state, shoots the WPBA, has fun but that's about it.

It looks to me like it's going down the way it's supposed to go down. Cashing if he gets a great draw, and winning a handful of game against a legit pro.

Now the question is can he improve from this, or is he at his genetic potential. (if you believe in such things).

There's only one fork. The cheats, or the pool. I think most play on alliances and group weight. That 'bout leaves the pool.
