Any NEW Meucci players?

I have to say, I just picked up this brand new Gambler with the Jokers at my local MEUCCI dealer, and I love it. The fit, finish, and playability are excellent. I owned an early 2000s gambler 20+ years ago and it was hot garbage. I think the ferrule lasted a week before cracking after average play. The new MEUCCI team is doing a nice job. I love the feel of the pro shaft. Who else is using one of the new Meucci’s for their playing cue?

I bought a Meucci last year (a rainbow stained ANW-1) and I totally loved that thing, but it got stolen unfortunately.

The Pro shaft is my favorite shaft so far.

Good looking cue. I sorta rotated my BMC casino cue out and have been playing with something else, but the Meucci isn’t going anywhere and could be called up from the practice squad. I like the Pro shaft and the quality of the cue is good. I know there was a post about recent customer service. I haven’t had to have repair work done and ordering an extension and joint protectors from them went fine. That was maybe 2 years ago tho, not 2 months. Anyway, I think you’ll enjoy the cue.

I really like the Pro shaft, think they play great. I've ordered 2 custom order 3/8x10 shafts from them over the last year for 2 different cues. They fit perfectly and delivered within their stated lead time when ordering. I think it's great you can customize any of their shafts.

Speaking of their shaft, it seems to be low deflection while providing a perfect (for me) level of feedback.

It has that nice "plink" sound from a properly hit cue ball.

The Pro shaft is nice but i just hear way to many horror stories of dealing with them. If looking for a new cue Meucci would be way down if not off the list altogether. I think their designs in general are really bad/ugly. I had a few old Originals yrs ago that played great and looked classic. New stuff with all the paua shell are horrid. Whatever floats-ur-boat i guess.

I liked this model because it reminded me of their old school designs with new quality/playability.

I don't have any new Meucci's but I have a few Meucci Originals. I have a DH-1 at Proficient right now. I also have a pretty nice 84-5 with a decent original shaft that's 13mm. I ordered The Pro shaft with the matching ring work (from a reseller) that should be here Friday, so I guess I have 1/2 of a new Meucci.

I haven't played with any of The Pro shafts yet but look forward to it.
