In a 9 ball tournament, if you touch the CB while in motion after pocketing the 9 ball, it is considered a foul. Same scenario if you remove pocketed ball from the pocket to assist spotter for the next rack. In one tournament, Cheska Centeno, pockets the 9 ball and while she was about to remove some of the pocketed balls, Rubilen Amit rushes to her to stop her from touching the other ball as the CB was still moving. What happens if Cheska, touches the pocketed balls puts it on the table and at the same time her opponent does the same all while the CB is still moving?

If the shooter takes them out first, it’s a foul.
If the opponent takes them out first, it’s a loss of frame

Just to clear up some potential confusion, unless one of the balls touches the CB, it is only a foul to clear the pockets while the CB is moving if you are playing an event in which the refs are using the stupid and officious EPBF rules - such as those put on by Predator Pro Billiard Series and their related events.

It’s not a foul on the WNT or any other reasonably run tournament. Nor has it been for decades (go watch any old Accu-Stats matches).

I confess a wee bit of bias.
