How hard is this to repair?

I hear that it's pretty common for the Revo pad to come off.
I had mine come off as well and the before that the hit didn't sound good so my guess is that they have a gluing issues of the pads. I've replaced mine with a Mezz pad and it plays great and sounds better.

I was assuming the ferrule (vault plate) was a little funky from the pic, but I really can't be sure. I would have to have a closer look to be sure. Either way, easy fix.

If you tap the screen of your phone and choose what you want to take a picture of, it will zoom and lock focus, so you get a clear picture, it's very easy..
Based on the picture you provided, it seems there's some left over CA, that can easily be trimmed off without having to replace anything. Of you have issues with the ferrule, then it needs to be replaced.

I'll look at it closer later as I don't have it with me right now. It doesn't play weird or sound weird.
