Scorpion Cue Weight Bolt

I have a Scorpion cue that you can hear the weight bolt rattling when you shake the cue. The problem I have is how do you get to the weight bolt to tighten it up? When I took out the bumper there is only a hole in the butt for just the bumper screw all plastic inside the butt.


Any help will be appreciated, also here are some pictures of the cue.
