i have found some brands glaze more easily than others
and the brand i use now g2 soft seems to be glazing alot more than i remember (i have been using g2 soft for 2 years )
only thing i am doing different now is i have blue diamond and master chalk on my table
and will chalk with whichever one is closest
do you think that is an issue ?

Usually glazing is caused by spinning the cue ball with very little chalk.
