SPF to GuyCrunch :)
Ok now I have this CNC complete and running I fell into a deal on a Bridgeport Mill CNC at that and having it freighted in. So this is back up for sale. I have not even had time to do and cue work on this machine so its still brand new. I am asking $4000 plus shipping OBO OR I am willing to take partial cue trade for a high end Gilbert, Southwest, Carmelli or a combination of a couple higher end cues Plus $2000.00 + or minus depnding on trade
Will add a brand new PC setup with Mach 3 this PC is new top of the line and has been optimized to run Mach 3

It is simular to Lees Breeze except has some pretty nice upgrades. Some of these items were purchased straight from Lee.
I will take reasonable offers and I have put lot of money in this setup. This is completely wired has pendant and is ready to run tested perfectly on all axis.

TAIG Mill Cost $1200
CNC Steppers Were $180
Gecko 540 Controller $300
48v Power Supply $110
Pendant $450
40" Precision CNC Machined Fixture by Brianna Products, a $300.00 value.
Sherline 4th Axis with Stepper Motor, a $395.00 value.
Sherline Mounting Bracket for 4th Axis, a $75.00 value.
Sherline Tailstock, a $75.00 value.
Sherline Chuck, a $75.00 value.
Brianna Products Vacuum Table to Hold or Clamp Parts, a $125.00 value.
Total value of everything - When Bought Separately $970.00
PAID $850.00
Machine Work to Place Brianna Fixture on 40" Linear rails and make heavy bottom Plate $400.00
Will Include PC with Mach 3
$4000.00 + Shipping

and if needed we can see about Bobcad 23 I have a license just not sure if its transferrable if so I have Training disc I can add. You would need to pay license transfer fee to bob cad if any and $300
The gecko controller and steppers used is 10 times better than a regular taig CNC setup. Also the Cue Fixture is a lot better as you are on linear rails and can reposition cue with absolute accuracy without alot of rezeroing involved. Also I will include a acme screw bearings and hardware incase you wanted to take stepper off table and put it on the cue fixture on the railing that would give you a lot more travel and give ability to taper. I never got around to do that mod but have all the parts. That was another $200 in parts and they are all there to do that and have a super Cue CNC...

I will try to get more pics if needed..

I am out of room and need room for bridgeport ASAP

This will have to likely ship freight due to the weight but may can break down in multiple boxes to reduce shipping or can be picked up in Lubbock Texas.. If needed for ease of setup when received may can bolt it to a pallet and ship that way but you may want to research shipping that method first.

Are you going to be doing the same type of cue work with your Bridgeport Mill that you were going to do with the mill that is for sale?
