Grady "The Professor" Mathews, always reminded us to play to our opponents weaknesses. If the guy you're playing (a game of One Pocket, say) can't make long shots worth shucks, then leave him on the end rail all day long.
And, says Grady: "Brag on a Harrigan." A Harrigan is when he makes a lucky shot on one of those long ones you left him with. It'll encourage him to try it again. :smile:

Grady speaks of not letting the opponent shark you....yet I heard was is a master shark-er. But yeah...leave them long and straight...better yet...long, straight, and cue ball stuck to the rail.
