Is the game 9 ball banks or full rack banks? Race to what?
It is FULL RACK banks, race to 23 balls....play the "first" rack out (all 15 balls)....play the "second" rack out ("if" neither player gets to 23)....play the "third" rack out until one player gets to 23 (win)...if they get to the "FOURTH" rack, they are "MORONS" and can not count.
