You can find any number of pool drills if you just google for them. You can also find several with searches on You Tube. Some of the drills you saw James working on can be found in my book on One Pocket but similar drills can be found in other books and on various videos such as the one you just saw.
Don't be afraid to invent your own drills. Focus on areas which need the most attention. Too many players run drills focused on shots they already do well. I suppose because they are comfortable doing them. Practice your weaknesses first, turn them into strengths then practice your strengths and turn them into weapons.
One last thing. All drills must be designed with two ideas in mind. First, the drill must be educational and second the drill should not be so difficult that you cannot ever accomplish the goal of completion. Simplify the drill so it remains challenging but not to the point that you loose confidence in your abilities. Bolster your ego!
