So heres the gig I bought a cue a while back nice but it not exactly what im looking for so I have a pretty decent budget I like palmer originals older cues like titlest conversions and inlays are cool please email me at dandy1821@gmail.com please with pictures I hardly ever have time to check on here thanks a must oh and im looking for something that will either keep its value or go up in value and maybe a predator shaft would be nice 314-2 I have money in hand please send pictures lots and price including shipping I live in wa thanks pool rod knows me thanks

You say decent budget, then say Palmer. I think we need to define decent budget for clarification.

A Palmer budget is very different from a Szamboti budget. $ 1200 vs $ 6000 so the range is vast.

Cues that are going to rise in value or keep their value... good request. However again its what is in your budget. I would like to think that a 6k Szam will hold its value, better than a 1200 Palmer. Both *should* at least keep their value.
