been gone for 3 years. what is the state of pool these days?

Hello everyone. Been on the hiatus for 3 years and starting to get back to the game again. Just curious about the following
1) has the sport gotten bigger or smaller in North America? The world?
2)who is the most dominant player and country at the moment? Is the philippines still holding strong?
3)how are cue prices these days? Is it a seller's or buyer's market?

Thanks for the updates and very happy that my pool passion is starting to burn up again.

Pro pool. Last time I was around, svb and orcullos seems to be on top.
