Brigge & Extension Wanted

Hi All
I am looking for a particular bridge head, like the ones used for Snooker, the Brass X type, also want the little extension piece that can fit on the X if required. Anyone know where I can get these here in the States without sending to the UK or Hong Kong for them?

The "X" type of bridge ("rest" in snooker speak) is shown right there.
