I purchased a cue from Mexico a few months ago, NTS-B. Cue came with one shaft. It is supposed to be a Helmstetter carom cue, made in Brandenburg Germany. I honestly do not know the authenticity of this cue, but I will say I had an old Helmstetter shaft and it fit into the butt of this cue easily.
I Have not measured the tip with a proper measuring tool but the tip looks to be between 12 and 12.5mm. The cue came with a Le pro tip which I had re tipped with a "Wizard" layered medium tip. The shaft is not a constant, and it feels like a Euro tapered shaft to me.
I am asking 150.00 USA dollars for the cue with shipping included, but sale limited to the lower 48 states. I will accept Paypal, Postal orders, and money orders.
I have provided some pictures from the web site and pictures I took with a digital Camera. the pics I took with my camera were too large to attach.
