I am looking for a replacement piece for the Tip Centralizer. I broke the screw off on the Aperture insert, and trying to get the broken piece out I damaged the unit. Has anyone else changed them and if so, where did you get the piece? I already contacted the manufacturer of the tool and he doesn't provide these as replacements. I googled the part, but couldn't find one that matched the correct size for the mount.
