I expect to pay $100.00 for a decent cue. That doesn't retail for less than $100.00 new anywhere on line

To be more clear . I will pay up to 70% of new (on line price) for a used cue. My limit is $100.00

You might want to check the forum rules. ALL of this should be done on your end in PMs. You are allowed to bump a thread once every 48 hours. Bumping includes replies, changes in specifications, etc. that are posted. You are not only in danger of having this thread deleted, but you're making it so other people's posts keep going further down the list.
