Hi there, we hope this day finds you well. As most of you know, Denise Belanger, who resides in Canada has recently lost her father on December 1, 2013. Russell Belanger born September 11, 1944 suffered a heart attack 2 years ago and was in and out of hospital from then until now. Russell was brought in to the hospital Thursday November 29th, 2012 unconscious and not responding to any touch, feel or any medication. He was then placed on life support. It was his wish not to be kept on life support if it ever came to that, and with that, Denise had to make the call.
With sustaining an injury back in March 2012, Denise has torn two tendons in her right shoulder and is unable to work as per doctors orders. She is doing the best she can with keeping a roof over her head until the surgery and recovery. With that said, she is reaching out to her friends/fans in the pool world for some assistance so she can lay her father alongside his mother which will be at Holy Cross cemetary in Thornhill, Ontario. The goal is $3,000 Canadian which will cover the cost of the cremation, transfer fees, admin duties, etc.
