Has anyone, on the forum, ever used the Tiger Automatic Cue cutting jig? Does anyone know when it was discontinued? It looks like a pretty good way to cut a tip. What are your thoughts and experiences with it? Thank You in advance for your contribution to this thread.

As far as I know, it was never sold in any numbers at all. When the cutter dulls, it damages the tips. I made my own variant that uses a diamond PCD wing cutter to trim the radius of tips and the diameter. It is in my albums.
Some are using a router and a sharp mill cutter to trim tips with as well. Then do the radius by hand.
