I have a 1995 mottey that developed a buzz or ting sound. The noise is not consistant and is not everytime but it is there. It sounds like it is coming from butt. If you can diagnose and fix it please PM me

I have absolutely no idea if this is your problem, so take whatever I say with a grain of salt.
I had a cue that I bought used that was doing something similar to what you are describing. I sent it back to the builder, and he pulled the bumper off and the weight bolt out.
He found that someone had replaced the single weight bolt that he uses with three separate weight bolts stuck together.
Apparently the glue had worn out and one was "tinging" on impact with.
He replaced the three with a single weight bolt....problem solved.
