The video link works fine and the video itself is okay to familarize oneself.
The video would have been so much better if there had been audio narrative.

Reading a sentence explanation along with the repeated video illustration is
better than nothing but it become monotous and therefore, less interesting.

Interest is what's important since that's the only thing that leads to acquiring
new customers. If a voice could be dubbed in along with reduucing the font
size of the screen explanation, I think this video would be much more effective.

I agree with Matt, The video does explain the parameters and metrics very well, But when you have to read and watch video, you loose interest quickly or miss a sentence or two about what the animation is trying to explain.

The animations and explanations are great!
Surely you can find a lovely voice to narrate. :thumbup:

Sure, I can add a voice over, I'll get back to this later. Interestingly others suggested the opposite, probably since they like to watch silent videos on their phones.
