Pool snooker

This past Tuesday...

2 1/4" Aramith snooker balls, 9 foot table, 4 1/4" pockets with reducers leaves 3" pockets, 3/4" clearance.

Ball width to table width: 4.2%
Real snooker ball width to table width: 3.0%

Impact of traffic is 40% more than snooker, and those pocket blockers do not play nice.

Could be tougher? What do you think?

It seems pretty cool. I would mess around with that all day.

I really like the whole premise of snooker. It’s a “bigger” game than any pool game. Each frame is like a little battle with certain land marks that can be moved and reset depending.

A friend gave me a set of pool-sized snooker balls.
On an eight footer, playing six red is better since it is waaaay congested with a full set on that small area.
Still pretty fun, (pocket reducers of course)
