I ordered this cue last year and received in Feb-2017.

It's still unchalked and unplayed, since I am busy with my PhD study.

I decide to let it go.

Looks like it's from after Richard built the cue but before he sent it out to the OP.

OP acquired the cue in February, the post from Richard is in late January. The timing matches up fine.
